Our tough chipboard is made from either .030 Heavy Duty Kraft paperboard or Extra Heavy Duty .050 Kraft paperboard. It comes as sheets or pads in various sizes and quantities to fit your needs. And it's great for strengthening envelopes or mailers too.

To use this chipboard pad, you can simply place the sheets between stacks of paper in boxes for added protection. When making legal or notebook paper pads, insert them as the stiff backing. For envelopes or mailers, cut the chipboard to size and stick it inside for extra strength. As for maintenance, keep it in a dry place to prevent it from getting wet or warped. And be careful when handling the edges as they can be a bit sharp.
