Using these plastic buckles is a breeze. First, pick either polypropylene or poly cord strapping as these buckles don't work with polyester strapping. Then, simply loop the strapping through the buckle. Next, use your hands to tighten it as much as you need. Once it's tight, cut the excess strapping. There's no need for any fancy tools! As for maintenance, keep them in a dry place away from sharp objects that could scratch or damage them. If they get dirty, you can wipe them with a clean, dry cloth.
