• Seal and trim poly tubing in a single step! This sealer can handle poly tubing up to 10 mil thick with a 2mm - 2.7mm seal width.
• Use the sliding knife to trim pre - made poly bags or create bags from poly tubing. The cut is 1/4" from the seal.
• Super easy to operate. Just set the timer, insert the bag or tubing between the sealing bars, press down, and slide the knife across the top. It works well with our poly tubing dispensers (sold separately).

Using this impulse sealer is a breeze. First, set the timer according to the thickness of your poly tubing. Then, place the bag or tubing between the sealing bars and press down firmly. After sealing, use the sliding knife to make a clean cut 1/4 inch from the seal. Whether you're working with pre - made poly bags or creating your own from tubing, this tool can handle it. Remember to work on a flat and stable surface. As for maintenance, keep the sealer clean after each use. Wipe off any debris or residue.
