Using this impulse sealer with cutter is a breeze. First, set the timer according to the thickness of your poly tubing. Then, insert the bag or tubing between the sealing bars and press down firmly. This will create a tight seal. After sealing, use the sliding knife to trim the poly tubing or bags. The cut is 1/4" from the seal. Remember, this sealer can handle poly tubing up to 10 mil thick. For best results, use it with our poly tubing dispensers (sold separately). When not in use, keep it in a dry place. Clean the sealing bars regularly with a soft cloth to maintain its performance.
