This 3M 23 electrical tape is perfect for primary electrical insulation. It can be used for splicing cables from 600V to 69,000V on all solid dielectric cables. The special polyester snakeskin liner can be easily removed during application. It has an ethylene propylene rubber self - bonding adhesive. This tape is highly durable, resistant to splitting, cracking, and flagging in both indoor and outdoor settings. It can withstand temperatures from 0 to 194 degrees F.

To use this electrical tape, first, make sure the surface of the cable is clean and dry. Then, start wrapping the tape around the cable, removing the snakeskin liner as you go. Keep the wrapping tight for a good insulation effect. When storing, keep it in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures outside the 0 - 194 degrees F range. If the tape gets dirty, you can gently wipe it with a dry cloth.
