3/4 - 1 Mil - Kapton Discs 500/Case

These Kapton discs are great for masking small areas on circuit boards. They come on a liner wound around a 3' core. The silicone adhesive leaves no residue and can withstand temperatures up to 500°F. Ideal for wave soldering, powder coating, and automotive and transformer manufacturing.

Using these Kapton discs is easy. Just peel them off the liner and place them on the small areas you want to mask on the circuit board. When you're done, they'll come off cleanly without leaving any sticky residue. Be careful not to expose them to temperatures higher than 500°F as this may affect their performance. To keep them in good condition, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. They're very useful for wave soldering, powder coating, and in automotive and transformer manufacturing processes.
