Our regular - duty steel strapping, sold in approximately 105 - pound rolls, is painted and waxed. This makes it a perfect match for our strapping tools and seals. Each roll is sold separately, but you can get a discount when buying a pallet (12 rolls per pallet). Note that all rolls must be shipped via motor freight as UPS won't handle this item. Using this steel strapping is easy. First, pick up your strapping tool and load the roll. Wrap the strapping around the item you want to secure and use the strapping seals to fasten it tightly. When handling the rolls, be careful as the edges can be sharp. Since it's painted and waxed, it doesn't need much special maintenance. But try to store it in a dry place to prevent rust. Remember, it can only be shipped by motor freight, so plan your orders accordingly. If you're dealing with extremely heavy items, you might want to look at our high - tensile steel strapping instead.
